About Our Returns Policies
Medicomat Limited offer returns for most items within 8 days of receipt of shipment. You can use this page to learn about our returns policies. Most items sold on Medicomat.com follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Some products may contain Non-Returnable Items. The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds: downloadable software products, downloadable or online video training course materials, downloadable specific manuals.


Medicomat Limited allows you to return Product for any reason provided that it has not yet been used at any time during 8 days. If the item has not been opened, Medicomat Limited will refund the purchase price actually paid. If the item has been opened, Medicomat Limited will charge 20% to 50% restocking fee. Medicomat Limited will not issue refunds for products that have been defaced, altered, used, or damaged in any way. All requests for refunds are subject to inspection by Medicomat Limited of the returned item. If original orders are refused by the customer or are undeliverable, Medicomat Limited reserves the right to refund the customer minus the cost of shipping. Medicomat Limited will apply an additional 15% restocking fee to the order. Medicomat Limited will issue refunds by issuing a credit to the credit card used to purchase the item.


Requirements for a Refund
- Items must be in new condition

- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

- Duplicate orders, accidental orders, never used device are returned for refund except shipping fee.

- The damaged item due to transportation or manufacturer's defect can be returned within 8 days.

- After we received your returned item, please allow us a couple of business days to test, examine and determine if the device or accessory is malfunctioned due to the manufacturer's defect.

- *Federal and State laws prohibit the return of any personal care item for reason of hygiene*

- Please check if there is manufacturer's defect or possible damage during transportation on the receipt of the package, and inform us of the issue. We will immediately replace the defective one. Please send the defective control unit or any part of the kit for exchange within 1-3 days on the receipt of the package.

- Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.

- Please check return policy, features and functions before purchase. If you don't accept this policy or term, please don't order.
